With more than 20 years in the fitness field, Tina has established her clientele by providing professional and outstanding service. Tina takes time with each individual to educate and to assure her clients success in reaching their fitness goals.

Now through TinaFitness.com, Tina is able to establish and maintain all her client's nutrition and fitness programming support, no matter where in the world her clients live. Tina is passionate to share important and current information about health and fitness.

Combining all her knowledge and experience, her approach to helping clients reach their fitness goals include educating the basics and communicating in a way her clients learn for themselves, fitness for life.
