This is exactly why you need an evaluation. Because your coach is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) alongside her TPI Level 3 training, she specializes in modifying athletic movements around physical constraints. We don't ignore injuries — we pinpoint the root cause. Often, your lower back or elbow is hurting simply because a completely different joint (like your hip or upper spine) is locked up and forcing your body to compensate.

Will the 16-point physical screening hurt if I already have stiff joints?

Not at all. The TPI physical screen is a controlled movement assessment, not a maximum-effort stress test. We evaluate your baseline range of motion safely. If any specific test causes you discomfort, we immediately stop that movement, log it, and use that vital data to program safe, pain-free modifications into your custom MyTPI app routine.

I've had a total joint replacement (hip/knee) or spinal fusion. Can I still do a TPI screen?

Yes, absolutely. Golfers with joint replacements or fusions can still play incredible, powerful golf. Your screening will show us your new structural baseline, and your custom training program will focus heavily on optimizing the mobility of the joints around your replacement to protect your hardware, build stability, and maximize your longevity on the course.

Do you coordinate with Physical Therapists or Chiropractors?

Yes. We regularly work alongside medical professionals in East Texas.
