Hi, I'm Tina.

As a TPI Level 3 Certified Professional, I specialize in golf-specific performance. My work focuses on three core areas:

  • Golf fitness assessment — identifying mobility, stability, and strength patterns that influence your swing
  • Swing assessment — analyzing movement efficiency to improve consistency and reduce strain
