My Story

Hi, I'm Tina.

With over 40 years in the sports, fitness, and wellness industry, I've dedicated my career to one thing: helping clients unlock the physical potential that's already inside them.

Growing up watching golf with my grandfather, I fell in love with the game — and later discovered that the right physical training could completely transform how a golfer moves, feels, and performs. Whether you're a weekend warrior or a competitive amateur, your body is either helping or limiting your game and life.

I work with clients ranging from golf beginners to scratch players, from 25-year-olds looking to add distance to 70-year-olds who just want to play pain-free. What I've learned is that the right program — built specifically for golf — changes everything.

My approach is simple: understand your body, understand your game, and build a plan that bridges the two. No cookie-cutter workouts. No generic advice. Just focused, intentional training that makes you a better golfer.
